“Never Give Up” is about preparing and shaping our school community to be the very best it can.  “Never Give Up” is about transforming a failure into a learning experience that ultimately brings us success. 

Winston Churchill was subsequently defeated in every election for public office until he became Prime Minister at the age of 62.  Our triumph is in teaching our students to overcome obstacles or roadblocks with the determination to live victoriously.

“Never Give Up” is a call to action for those who truly believe that every child is capable of success academically, socially and emotionally.  At Lakehurst Elementary School we accept this challenge through practice and reflection on a daily basis, in every classroom and by every teacher.  As we push forward, we ask for your continued support.

Our mission statement is clear, “The focus of all our efforts shall be to address the needs of all our students in order that they realize their full potential as learners and citizens.”  As we prepare our students to achieve strength of character and a passion for learning, partner with us as we lead our school toward greatness!
