• Healthy Hints:
     
     
      It is important that children start their school day with a healthy breakfast.  Please encourage your child to eat a well balanced, nutritious breakfast.  Whole grains, fruits, yogurt, and oatmeal are some healthy options.  Also, please try to see that your child gets enough sleep at night so he or she will be well rested and ready for a busy and fun day at school.
